Wolverine has been through it. He's gone literally to Hell and back, and now he's got one set of his claws snapped off. So what's a guy who's down 3 claws to do? Go to the beach with Nightcrawler of course. 

We've got a preview of Wolverine #21 from Marvel Comics by Saladin Ahmed and Julius Ohta. In case you need a refresher, Logan got the claws broken off of one of his hands after he tried to stab the physical embodiment of adamantine (not adamantium, mind you). Comics! And given the preview pages we've gotten from Marvel, it appears that Nightcrawler is doing his best to keep Logan in good spirits. Sadly, Absorbing Man and Titania have other plans. 

 "BREAK! LOGAN faces the aftermath of the unthinkable as he and NIGHTCRAWLER embark on the perilous journey ahead," reads Marvel's description of the issue. "But the true test lies in what they'll discover!"

Honestly, if I were Nightcrawler, I'd be doing my best to put Logan on some Goonies-coded treasure hunt right now. He could use a bit of whimsy and good-natured, nonviolent hunting. 

Let's just hope both Kurt and Logan remembered to pack sunscreen on their beach trip. 

Wolverine #21 will hit comic shops on June 10, 2026.
