The other woman's knees are bent, and Wonder Woman's legs are locked around the other woman's calves. Wonder Woman is twisting around to tie the other woman's wrists behind her back and saying, "On Paradise Island where we play many binding games this is considered the safest method of tying a girl's arms!"
