Every September 16 – 23 is Bisexual Awareness Week – an event celebrated and repped by GLAAD. Popverse’s own Ashley Victoria Robinson is celebrating with some of the most high profile superheroes in the DC Comics Universe who share her identity!

While Tim Drake (Robin – or Red Robin, depending on your continuity of choice), and Jonathan Kent came out to much fanfare, Queen Mera and Wonder Woman have been quieter in their identities until they entered into a romantic relationships in the pages of the Elseworlds story: DC Bombshells.

Watch Popverse's own Ashley Victoria Robinson get excited for all of the top shelf titles starring bisexual superheroes! Watch below!

#BiWeek wraps up in a couple days, but you still have lots of time to celebrate or reflect on your own identity. Pansexuality is also embraced and elevated during #BiWeek. For anyone questioning or looking for more information GLAAD has a wonderful landing page full of resourcing and cute graphics you can share on social media. When you’re done with that you’ll be amazed to discover just how many mainstream superheroes identify as bi and pan.

Bisexual Awareness Week continues through September 23.
