Sean Murphy is working on a Catwoman comic for DC Black Label

Answer fan questions in a recent AMA, Murphy confirmed that he was working on Catwoman: White Knight

You may recall Popverse recently reporting that comic creator Sean Murphy is taking a step away from Batman for his next chapter of The White Knight saga. His next project, currently untitled, will focus more on the Justice League, with characters like Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and more taking center stage. However, Murphy is by no means completely done with Gotham City and its cast of characters.

In fact, he's working on a Catwoman one-shot in the very near future.

Murphy announced this himself during a League of Comic Geeks AMA that took place over several days in August. During the Q&A, one eager fan going by @drManhattan52 expressed excitement at eventually seeing Selina Kyle enter the White Knight world, and Murphy decided to validate that excitement

"Catwoman: White Knight," said the Punk Rock Jesus creator, "Is a 48 page one-shot I'll be working on next year. But it's not announced yet. :)"

In case you're not aware, Murphy's DC Black Label title has yet to feature Selina Kyle at all in the alternate universe of White Knight, which reimagines the Batman and Gotham City lore into a twisted, more morally ambiguous narrative. How an already morally gray character like Selina will further complicate this world is perhaps the most exciting part of waiting for Murphy's take.
