Absolute Batman #1 goes back for a tenth printing, 14 months after it first hit comic book shops
One thing is certain: Absolute Batman is still continuing to bring in new readers for DC Comics

15 issues (and 1 annual) in, DC Comics' Absolute Batman is still continuing to build steam and court new readers. The series by Scott Snyder and Nick Dragotta has come to the attention of people outside of comic book circles, thanks to the bold character designs for Batman, Killer Croc, The Joker, and Bane, along with a no-holds-barred story. Absolute Batman must be seen to be believed, and more and more people are joining the ranks of believers.
Case in point: Absolute Batman #1 is going back to the printer once again for a tenth printing. The cover A for the tenth printing will be Nick Dragotta and Frank Martin's cover for issue #1 with a recolored logo. The variant cover for the tenth printing, however, will be drawn by Lee Inhyuk, which you can check out below.

It's worth noting that Absolute Batman #1 was the top-selling comic of 2024, and it's not currently known how many copies of it have sold since it's been reprinted over the past 14 months. The fact that a reprint of an issue that came out in 2024 will hit stands in 2026 is tremendous, especially given that Marvel's Ultimate Universe will be wrapping up in the first half of 2026 while DC's Absolute Universe is still going strong.
Currently, Absolute Batman #1's tenth printing is set to be released on January 21, 2026, the same day that Absolute Batman #16 will go on sale.
Batman is the most well-known superhero in the world — surprisingly, given how much he loves hanging out in the dark. But between his comics, TV shows, movies, games, and more, DC's Dark Knight is the hero this city/country/world/universe needs, and we have all you need to enjoy him even more:
