If you've been following indie horror comics recently, you might have heard about Tiny Onion's wildly successful series, Exquisite Corpses, which sold 600,000 copies last year. Exquisite Corpses is about a tradition that happens every five years on Halloween, when America's richest families drop twelve deadly killers into a small town for a battle royale.

As you might imagine, a premise like that has plenty of opportunities to build some compelling lore, and that's precisely what three new five-issue limited series are here to do. A press release from Tiny Onion has revealed that the three series will "delve further into the history of three killers" from the first volume of Exquisite Corpses - Rascal Randy, Fox Mask Killer, and Lone Gunman.

Tyler Boss from You'll Do Bad Things will write the Rascal Randy series, while Che Grayson (Absolute Catwoman) will take on Fox Mask Killer. Lastly, Pornsak Pichetshote from The Good Asian and Dead Boy Detectives will have the Lone Gunman in his sights.

The Rascal Randy mini-series will be the first of these new spinoffs to launch. However, we don't yet have a release date for the book. We do know that it will feature art by Dylan Burnett (Arcade Kings), industry stalwart Jordie Bellaire on colors, and Becca Carey on letters. No word yet on who will be joining Grayson and Pichetshote on their respective books, but I suspect we'll know in due time.

Lastly, Tiny Onion has also announced an Exquisite Corpses: Book of the Dead one-shot anthology, featuring short stories about the other killers from Exquisite Corpses Season One. More details will be revealed about the one-shot and, excitingly, Season Two soon.

Happy hunting!
