AEW wrestlers Swerve Strickland, Willow Nightingale, Jon Moxley, and Orange Cassidy joined AEW president Tony Kahn on stage at New York Comic Con 2025 to talk with DC Comics creators Steve Orlando and Travis Mercer about their new upcoming 2-issue collaboration.

During the panel, the wrestlers were asked to name what DC character they might be able to outwit in the ring. Nightingale went with the kids from Teen Titans Go!, saying, "I watch them with my nephew and I think they're hilarious." Strickland, meanwhile, said Swamp Thing - a pairing that the world really needs to see.

After asking the others to explain the question to him, Cassidy said he would be unable to fool any of DC's heroes, which got big laughs from the audience, but the biggest crowd reaction came from Moxley, who took a shot at WWE wrestler John Cena’s famous flawed hero. Fooling Peacemaker? "That would be fucking easy money," he declared.

Them's fighting words - literally. So when do we see this come to life...?
