Despite voicing the role of Zuko many years ago, Dante Basco has continued to meet fans of Avatar: The Last Airbender, and of most recent, Dante has been able to continue the legacy through the Avatar: Braving the Elements podcast. Stopping by the Florida Supercon main stage for his spotlight panel, Dante spends an hour with fans, discussing his long-standing career, and the projects he has been a part of.

Popverse will be adding great panels from the ReedPop archives each week, as well as livestreaming panels from the upcoming C2E2, Emerald City Comic Con, and New York Comic Con. These are benefits for Popverse members, so if you haven't signed up yet there's still time.

Moderated by Cameron Matthews, the 2022 Florida Supercon spotlight panel featured Dante discussing deep diving into Avatar: The Last Airbender through the Braving the Elements podcast alongside co-host Janet Varney, Zuko’s redemption arc, voice acting in American Dragon: Jake Long and Star Wars: Rebels and talks the power of storytelling and what it was like working with Robin Williams on Hook.
