New York Comic Con 2026 is already on its way, and we have the dates for the big show

Clear your second week of October 2026, because New York Comic Con is coming back to the Javits Center

It’s beginning to look like New York Comic Con 2025, but don’t get too caught up about the calendar just yet — because we have the dates for the NYCC of next year’s dreams, as well: New York Comic Con 2026 will take place Thursday, October 8 through Sunday, October 11.

NYCC 2026 follows this year’s event in bringing North America’s premiere pop culture event to the second week of October, ensuring that fans get a chance to embrace everything good in comics, movies, television, anime, manga, gaming, cosplay and more, and still have a chance to recover in time to enjoy Halloween.

The release date also means that the show will happen in the same week as Nickelodeon’s The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender movie, and just days before Street Fighter is set to smash its way onto theater screens. (It’s also coming a couple of months before Avengers: Doomsday and Dune: Part Three are set to be released, so don’t be surprised if those make some kind of impact on the show…)

As was the case for NYCC 2025, Popverse NYCC Superfans will enjoy the opportunity to get tickets for the show, as well as access to celebrity photo ops and autographs. Of course, there’s far more available to Superfans, including our extensive catalogue of panels from past conventions including NYCC, Seattle’s ECCC and Chicago’s C2E2, as well as members-only articles and more. Sign up now to make sure that you get to be front of queue for NYCC 2026.
