With PC, consoles, VR, and tabletop gaming all represented in full force at PAX West 2025, you might think that it’s a show that has everything. But does it have… a horse?

It’s not as random a question as you might think, when you think about the tradition of heroes riding into action on the back of a mighty steed in fantasy lore, and it’s not as if gaming doesn’t draw on all manner of fantasy tropes as a whole. So, how hard could it really be to find a horse in the Seattle Convention Center during the four-day PAX West weekend?
