It's not that anyone needs to prove their love of their favorite fandom at Chicago's premiere pop culture event. At C2E2 2026, we know you'll be showing up cosplaying your favorite character, picking out your favorite merch, and even meeting your favorite creators. But... if you did feel the need to prove just how much you love your favorite fandom, genre, and/or artists - well, we've got that covered to. Let us tell you about Pop Quiz, a trivia game by, of, and for the Popverse community.
Happening on Sunday, March 29 at 12:15 PM, Pop Quiz is a first-come, first-served opportunity to prove your knowledge of the topics you see most frequently here on the site. Yeah, you read that correctly - every question we ask at McCormick Place will be directly lifted from an article you can read right here on the site. We can't tell you which articles, of course (that's giving too much away), but we can say that the topics this time will be gaming, comics, TV, and anime. We can also tell you that not one, but three teams will walk away with prizes that include physical con merch and digital exclusives, with our first place winners taking home tickets to C2E2 2027.
Pop Quiz is just one of the ways that Popverse is making C2E2 '26 special, along with the Popverse Superfan program. In case you don't know, Superfans get special access to photo ops, autographs for their favorite attending celebrities. Lots to look forward to! In fact, here's everything an ECCC Popverse Superfan membership will get at this year's show:
