The billionaire businessman Maxwell Lord ideally would like to recruit Superman to Justice Gang, actor Sean Gunn says.

"You can imagine. I don't think it's a stretch to feel that he would very much... if you own a basketball team, you want LeBron James and Nikola Jokic on your team," Sean Gunn says at FAN EXPO Chicago. "I was about to use a member of the Bulls, but I'm sorry about that team."

In Superman, the Justice Gang consisted of Guy Gardner, Hawkgirl, Mr. Terrific, and later Metamorpho. The squad sometimes teams up with Superman and he sometimes lets them handle it as when they battle an interdimensional imp in the background while Superman and Lois Lane have a conversation in his apartment, attaining a comedic beat similar to how Baby Groot dances in the foreground while the Guardians of the Galaxy battle a kaiju in the background during the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2.

The Justice Gang is recruiting new members in season 2 of Peacemaker, which is airing now on HBO Max.

"You can imagine while Maxwell Lord is assembling his team, he very much wants to recruit Superman," Sean Gunn says at FAN EXPO Chicago.
