What if you found a secret headquarters underneath your house, and realized your parents were superheroes? That's what happens in the new Owen Wilson-led film Secret Headquarters.
"While hanging out after school, Charlie and his friends discover the headquarters of the world’s most powerful superhero hidden beneath his home," reads Paramount+'s description of Secret Headquarters. "When villains attack, they must team up to defend the headquarters and save the world."
Owen Wilson plays the father, Jack Kincaid (AKA The Guard), with Walker Scobell playing his son Charlie.
Popverse's Alex Lajas attended the red carpet premiere of Secret Headquarters at New York City's Signature Theater, and caught up with several of the film's stars including Michael Peña, Abby Witherspoon, Momona Tamada, and Lily O’Bryant. The actors talked about working with Owen Wilson, what they'd have in their own secret headquarters, and some some cases even what their superpowers would be.
In addition to the stars on hand, there was also some Secret Headquarters action figurs on display, made by the people at NECA. Check them out here:
