We asked the Percy Jackson and the Olympians cast how much of the books they've read (if any)

"Specifically the first five books. Yeah. I've read the next five one time. So, I know everything about the first five books."

Percy Jackson and the Olympians is huge in the world of literature. It spawned a couple movies and arguably launched Logan Lerman's career. Now actors Walker Scobell (The Adam Project), Leah Sava Jeffries (Beast), and Aryan Simhadri (Cheaper by the Dozen), are poised to step into the roles of Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, and Grover Underwood, respectively. The cast sat down with Popverse's Ashley Victoria Robinson recently in Los Angeles to share their experiences stepping into the roles of these literary icons. With some fun and surprising insights about their own pre-existing relationships to the characters they play, the Percy Jackson book universe, and just how geeky their personal fandom reaches.

Happily for us, Popverse’s Ashley V. Robinson is a Percy Jackson and the Olympians book fan who immediately got to the bottom of who had done their homework before they stepped into the world of Camp Half-Blood and Rick Riordan's take on the epic Green mythological pantheon in a game of "Who is most likely to ...?"

"Specifically the first five books," Percy Jackson, himself, Walker Scobell admits to Popverse, "Yeah. I've read the next five one time. So, I know everything about the first five books. Like, everything down to a 'T'. And, then, like, the next five I can't remember that much. I'm rereading them ... right now actually."
