It's that time of year - Amazon Prime Day 2023. And if you're like me, you're scouring that site for Marvel gifts for friends, loved ones, and even a couple for myself.

With literally thousands of characters in the Marvel Universe, anyone could be forgiven for needing a little help keeping them straight — especially when there are multiple Spider-Men, Captains America, and Wolverines even before you start crossing across the multiverse. While Spider-Man has always been able to do what a spider can, it was beginning to look as if he couldn’t match up to other superheroes’ accomplishments and be a core part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe until 2016’s Captain America: Civil War introduced Tom Holland’s version of the character. The three solo movies that followed — 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming, 2019’s Spider-Man: Far From Home, and 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home — marked a new high-water mark for the on-screen exploits of the fan-favorite character, and placed Peter Parker back on top of the heap. Well, at least until everything goes wrong in No Way Home…
