Doctor Who star Christopher Eccleston is vworping his way into C2E2 2026

The actor who led the 2000s revival of the BBC's long-running sci-fi series Doctor Who will be live and onstage at C2E2 in March 2026!

Time travel can be a somewhat confusing thing to the best of us, with even some esteemed experts on the subject heard to describe the topic as, to use the technical term, slightly “wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey.” Case in point: it’s been 20 years since Christopher Eccleston traversed time, space, and relative dimensions together on Doctor Who — yet, in 2026, he'll be in Illinois for Chicago’s premier pop culture event, C2E2.

The actor, who's known for Doctor Who, Thor: The Dark World, and HBO's magnificent The Leftovers, will be at McCormick Place on Saturday, March 27. He'll be available for autographs, photo ops, and will be appearing on a panel on that same day, as well.

Sound like a good time? Of course it does! Tickets for C2E2 2026 are already onsite, but if you want to make the most out of your visit to the Windy City’s finest weekend, we’d like to let you know about a little something we call signing up to become a C2E2 Popverse Superfan, which gives you access to the following perks:
