Lost actors Josh Holloway and Henry Ian Cusick are up for a reunion show (but only if the story is right)

Josh Holloway and Henry Ian Cusick are willing to do more Lost, and think someone will greenlight a reboot in 20 years

During the series Lost, Sawyer and Desmond spent six seasons on a mystical deserted island, where they time-traveled, fought polar bears, and were menaced by a smoke monster.

So, the question is, would they be willing to make a return visit?

“Always for me. I’ve always – why not,” Josh Holloway says during a Lost reunion panel at Florida Supercon. “It was magical, I love everyone involved, and I miss them. I haven’t seen a lot of them in 20 years or 18 years. It’s the industry. We do that, and what keeps us together are our wives who keep in contact. So, that’s how it works.”

Holloway’s castmate Henry Ian Cusick was also open to the idea, but only if the story was worthwhile. “Yes and no to that question,” Cusick says. “Yes, I would like it if it was good, but would it be good? Would we mess it up? So, I’m kind of scared. Yes, I would love to revisit that character of Desmond and play that again, but it kind of scares me as well that if we did start messing with something like that, then I don’t know what the legacy would be. I don’t know who would touch it. I think somebody will eventually, maybe in about 20 years time.”
