Do you really wanna, do you really wanna taste it? Peacemaker season 2 is heading to HBO Max before you know it. It's only a matter of time before the release date for the highly anticipated sophomore season of James Gunn's hilarious DC Universe series arrives. Starring John Cena as Christopher Smith/Peacemaker, the second season of the darkly comedic superhero series will see the introduction of even more exciting DCU characters to the call sheet.
The Peacemaker season 2 release date is August 21 on HBO Max. Like the first season, the second season of Peacemaker will consist of eight episodes. On social media, Gunn announced that new episodes would be released on a weekly basis. This will put the season finale on October 9. In the time since Peacemaker season 1 concluded in February 2022, the show has only grown more popular. For that reason, it is sure to stand out in a summer filled with exciting new TV releases.
