It's almost tiiiiiime! Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo (better known across the geeksphere as "C2E2"), will be back in the windy city this weekend. Team Popverse is gearing up for an action-packed weekend filled with panels, meetups, cosplay, artist alleys, and so much more! Along with tens of thousands of fans Team Popverse has most members on site to host panels, cover the most important geek news for you at home, and chase the vibes on your behalf. We already know this year is shaping up to be one of the most epic C2E2's yet!
In February Popverse's own Ashley Victoria Robinson was on site at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois for MagicCon: Chicago and was able to sneak away to the empty (!!), halls and empty tables which are soon to host the iconic big red letters, exhibitor hall, queueing hall, and MOAR! The creativity and community that spring up each and every year at C2E2 are inspiring. The convention is a testament to the incredible geek community based in Chicago and the tremendous talent Chicago has to offer. From cosplayers to super star comic book artists and filled with amazing events from D&D and TTRPG gameplay opportunities, to family friendly fun, to the stars of Ted Lasso appearing on the Main Stage ecouraging all attendees to "Believe".
When you step foot into McCormick place on Friday we hope you know Team Popverse is there alongside you. Whether it's the first day of the convention or the final caffeine-fuelled hours at the end of the weekend, we're hyped to share this experience with you. If you Ashley, Chris, Tiffany, or Veronica say "hello" and let us know you are a denizen of the Popverse. We want to meet you in Chicago!
