C2E2 fan profile: Casual fan enjoys "taking it all in"

Sometimes, you don't need to be a mega-fan to have fun at a convention. For Pilar, C2E2 is her first ever Comic Con (though she's attended tattoo conventions in the past), and she's having fun "taking it all in." Though she is a die-hard Game of Thrones fan - she showed me the awesome dragon tattoos on her arm - she's not huge on comics or anime. While Pilar is wearing a Spider-Gwen themed outfit, she's not the most hardcore Spider-Man fan in the world, she's mostly just wearing it to fit into her group (the other members are all characters in the Spider-Verse, including Spider-Ham)

So far, what's been most fun for her is to see all of the different cosplays fans put together (check out our cosplay gallery here). "It's crazy to see all the details," she said. As for what the overall experience has been like, Pilar told Popverse, "It's a lot. It's a little overwhelming, but it's fun."

As for what nerdy entertainment Pilar is induldging in now, she's rewatching all of the MCU movies in order. Considering there's now 33 movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, that's certainly a feat!
