Marvel says a new, most powerful superhero ever, will debut in July's Avengers: Armageddon
Marvel has a new hero whose power is above all, even The-One-Above-All, according to the marketing department.

Who would win it a fight? That's a common question some superhero fans have, and for Marvel fans it generally comes down to either the Hulk (if you piss him off enough) or The-One-Above-All, a rarely-seen god-level character. But now, they have someone stronger.

In a promotion for July 8's Avengers: Armageddon #2, Marvel is promoting the debut of "a new hero with unrivaled power."

If you ask Merriam-Webster, 'unrivaled' means 'having no rival' and equivalent to 'incomparable' to 'supreme' (No, not that Supreme!). While this could be hyperbole, we've been noticing a big power creep inside Marvel Comics and this could be the ultimate power move.
"We’ve been building to this moment for well over a year, with a new character who will truly unsettle the world," says Avengers: Armageddon writer Chip Zdarsky. "I’m delighted at the devastation that follows. Is that weird?"
This as-yet-unnamed-but-star-logoed-if-you-look-at-the-cover-to-right hero will debut to weigh in on a brewing rivalry between Iron Man and the Avengers against Thaddeus 'Thunderbolt' Ross, AKA the Red Hulk, following his coup of Latveria. This new hero is hinted at being set-up inside the current Wolverine: Weapons of Armageddon limited series (also written by Zdarsky), and the only thing we can get out of it so far is that he's a 'he.'
The Avengers: Armageddon officially begins May 2 with the free Armageddon/X-Men #1 one-shot as part of Comics Giveaway Day, followed by Avengers: Armageddon #1 on June 10 and then this issue, Avengers: Armageddon #2 on July 8.
