Loki sells a soul - not his, of course - to Mephisto in his Bring on the Bad Guys comic from Marvel in July
Loki needs a favor - Mephisto needs a soul.

You can't always get what you want, but if you want to make a deal with the devil to get what you need, Mephisto is just a proverbial phone call away. Coming up in Marvel Comics, the Asgardian demigod Loki is in need of a favor and pays a visit to Mephisto to get it done. Mephisto says he can do it, but only if Loki goes up against the demigod behind Moon Knight, Khonshu.
As part of the over-arching Bring on the Bad Guys event launched earlier in June, July 30's Bring On The Bad Guys: Loki one-shot will put Loki and Mephisto together, thanks to writer Anthony Oliveira and Jethro Morales. Marvel has kindly, with no Mephisto-like deal, given us an early look at three unlettered pages from this issue showing Mephisto, Loki, the new Marvel villain Sister Sorrow, and someone we can't quite identify (yet) who seems to be unwittingly becoming a pawn in the villains' game.

"Each of these one-shots are an opportunity for fans to see what makes these villains some of the most dangerous characters in the Marvel Universe."
Lee Bermejo illustrated the main cover for all of these issues, but for Bring on the Bad Guys: Loki #1 he's joined with variant cover art by Anand Ramcheron, Nogi San, Miguel Mercado, Romy Jones, and Todd Nauck. Check those out here:
