We're off to ECCC 2026: Here are the top exhibitor booths we'll be visiting

Emerald City Comic Con 2026 is the Pacific Northwest's Premiere spot to connect with your favorite publishers - here are Popverse's premiere choices in booths to check out

Popverse’s coverage of Emerald City Comic Con is brought to you by Signet Collectibles, the go-to place for authentic autographed items! Embrace your collecting Journey.

Along with cosplayers, collectors, and creators, Seattle's premiere pop culture event always attracts the most exciting publishers, and Emerald City Comic Con 2026 is no exception. As you know, if you're a regular here in these parts, Popverse is going to be walking that hallowed showfloor, and we're just as excited to check out some of our favorite producers of some of our favorite art as you are. But where do we start exploring? That's a question we'd love to answer for you.

Below is a list of the exhibitor booths we're most excited to check out at ECCC this year, which we're sharing with you now. Keep in mind, reader, that these are just our personal opinions, and this list doesn't even scratch the surface of all the incredible vendors visiting the Seattle Convention Center in 2026.

Best ECCC Booths: BOOM! Studios (Summit 25021)

With two big Bat-and-Spider comic publishers not appearing at ECCC this year, the question of "biggest comic publisher at the con" is very much up in the air, and one of the top contenders has got to be BOOM! Studios. The folks who brought you Something is Killing the Children, Giant Days, and the current run of Power Rangers is sure to be bringing along talent for signing, so even a random drop-by probably won't be a waste.

Best ECCC Booths: Dark Horse Comics (Summit 27015)

But BOOM! won't be the only comics powerhouse at ECCC, the finality of their name notwithstanding. Dark Horse Comics, home to the Hellboy universe, Black Hammer saga, and even the Critical Role comic book storyline, is bringing its best and brightest along from their (not-too-distant) home base of Portland, OR. My guess is the train ride back will involve a lot less merch.

Best ECCC Booths: Free League Publishing (Summit 10319)

Speaking personally, I'm always so excited to see TTRPGs at comic cons across the country, and not just because it reminds me of my beloved PAX Unplugged. Free League, in particular, is always a welcome sight for tabletop nerds like myself, having published ALIEN The Roleplaying Game, hit Nordic horror Vaesen, and of course, The One Ring Roleplaying Game. I can almost hear the Misty Mountains calling...

Best ECCC Booths: Misty Mountain Gaming (Summit 10035)

Oh, wait, I actually could hear the Misty Mountains calling! Misty Mountain Gaming is one of the nation's premier providers of top-notch fantasy tabletop equipment, from maps to dice trays to, truly, some of the most gorgeous d20s you will ever lay your eyes on. Even if you need, say, a really nice pouch to store your dice on the way to a D&D session, MM has you more than covered.

Best ECCC Booths: Penguin Random House (Summit 25015)

How many of the most popular novels at comic cons come from the hallowed halls of Penguin Random House? They are, after all, the publishers of George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire, Lev Grossman's The Magicians, and Matt Dinniman's Dungeon Crawler Carl series. There will also be a whole slew of romantasy series to dive into there, if that's your thing, not to mention the Fifty Shades series.

And if you think folks at Comic Con aren't into Fifty Shades, well - you've been walking those halls with blinders on, pal.

Best ECCC Booths: Simon & Schuster (Summit 27000)

Last but not remotely least (especially in terms of sales), book lovers Seattle-wide should absolutely drop into the Simon & Schuster booth at this year's ECCC. Where else are you going to find a range from To All the Boys I've Loved Before to The Mortal Instruments (save, of course, in the humble daydreams of yours truly)?

Grant DeArmitt: Grant DeArmitt (he/him) likes horror, comics, and the unholy union of the two. In the past, and despite their better judgment, he has written for Nightmare on Film Street and Newsarama. He lives in Brooklyn with his partner, Kingsley, and corgi, Legs.
