Vault Comics has big plans for 2026, and to do them, they are expanding their team - and hiring for three positions.

The Montana-based comics publisher is currently expanding with new positions for an Associate Editor and Crowdfunding Director, and backfilling its Managing Editor role after the promotion of the person who had been doing it for several years.

"These positions are central to how we publish bold, creator-driven stories and how we bring them to market—spanning editorial excellence, creator partnerships, and innovative crowdfunding strategies," Vault writes in a statement released alongside the job postings. "If you’re passionate about publishing amazing stories, we’d love to chat with you."

This comes less than a year after Vault was acquired by Aethon Books, to become the publisher's comic arm with ties into adaptations in other media. Since then, it successfully launched a creator-co-owned series, Big Rig, with musician Post Malone, and a comic adaptation of the ultra-successful Dungeon Crawler Carl prose books by Matt Dinniman. 

Vault Comics is led by the brother duo of Adrian Wassel (editor-in-chief/CCO) and Damian Wassel (CEO/Publisher). Longtime managing editor Der-shing Helmer was recently promoted to executive editor, leading to the aforementioned managing editor opening.
