The most expensive card from Magic: The Gathering's Edge of Eternities set will have you entering the void
The Singularity Foil edition of Sothera, the Supervoid from Magic: The Gathering's Edge of Eternities set will cost you quite a bit

Magic: The Gathering can be a dangerous hobby for some of us. Not because of the actual gameplay or anything, but in the same way that opening up a box of Pocky Sticks and eating one can be dangerous (I hope I'm making sense here). With so many beautiful cards out there, what's a Magic fan to do but fork over tons of money to build the deck of their dreams?
Case in point: the most expensive card in the Edge of Eternities set is the Singularity Foil edition of Sothera, the Supervoid. Just look at it, it's gorgeous.

On TCGPlayer at this time of writing, this specific edition of Sothera, the Supervoid has a market price of $2,000. Good golly! That said, Sothera's market price is still $999 under the most expensive Final Fantasy Universes Beyond card that we previously reported on earlier, a cool $2,999 for the black Traveling Chocobo (borderless and foil of course) that is only available in Japanese.
Trailing behind the Singularity Foil version of Sothera is Icetill Explorer (Showcase) in its Fracture Foil form, which will set you back at $360.85 at this time of writing. There's a huge gap between the market price of Icetill Explorer and Sothera, though that gap could change in the coming weeks as more and more gamers get their hands on Edge of Eternities.
