In 2011, Joe Peck, his brothers, and his father started a cocoa and coffee company in Walt Disney's hometown Marceline, Missouri. The roastery is called Grand Marceline, and they boast finely roasted coffee (roasted in a 100-year-old Victorian era cast iron roasters to bring out the caramel notes) and gourmet cocoa for those who aren't coffee fans but want to taste a bit of magic anyway. Peck was proud to say that, due to the special fire roasting process, many people who usually drink their coffee with cream and sugar are happy to drink Grand Marceline coffee without any additions at all.

Marceline, Missouri is known for being an inspiration for the famed Main Street, USA in Disneyland. Walt Disney spent four very influential years of his childhood in Marceline, and many of the aspects of Main Street, USA are modeled after the Main Street in Marceline (check out the shoutout to the small town with the Main Street storefront that reads "Hotel Marceline"), including the Main Street Cinema which was inspired by the Historic Marceline Uptown Theater. In fact, a portion of the proceeds from each purchase of a bag of Grand Marceline coffee or cocoa will be donated to the current restoration efforts of the Walt Disney Hometown Theater.
