How do you craft a perfect romantasy heroine? There's probably not one right answer, but if you're looking for a couple that get pretty damn close, allow us to point you toward the Heroines of Romantasy panel at this year's BookCon. Authors from across the megahit subgenre - Red Queen's Victoria Aveyard, Two Twisted Crowns's Rachel Gillig, Crowns of Nyaxia's Carissa Broadbent, & Touch of Darkness's Scarlett St. Clair - were the guests of honor, and Popverse was there to film the whole thing.
This is one of the many Bookcon 2026 panels Popverse filmed at New York City's Javits on the Hudson.. Consult our Bookcon 2026 panel hub for a list of all of the panels we have available, and what's left to be released.
