What keeps some of SDCC's top Artist Alley talent busy in San Diego every July?
We asked Jonboy Meyers, Erik Burnham, Mirka Andolpho, Dustin Nguyen, video game artist David Tran, and Sean Galloway a.k.a. Cheeks what they like to do when they're in town for San Diego Comic-Con

San Diego, California! A destination at any time of the year, but never more so than in July, when Comic-Con International: San Diego is happening — but when more than a hundred thousand people descend upon this traditionally idyllic city by the water, what do they all do? Surely it can’t just be hitting up the San Diego Convention Center and waiting in line for Hall H, right…? (That said, many of us have spent more than a few hours doing both those very things, so no shade is being thrown.)
Ashley Victoria Robinson, the video producer with the most here at Popverse, decided to ask an all-star collection of comic book creators what their favorite SDCC pastime is during this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. If you watch the video above, you’ll find out just how Jonboy Meyers (Spawn, Spider-Man), Erik Burnham (Ghostbusters, TMNT: Saturday Morning Adventures), Mirka Andolpho (Punchline, Mercy), Dustin Nguyen (Lil Gotham, Descender), video game artist David Tran, and Sean “Cheeks” Galloway Cheeks (Deadpool, Wolverine) keep themselves busy in Southern California each July, but get ready: there’s more than a small amount of “taking care of the basic human needs” in the mix.
Look, Comic-Con — all comic cons — are marathons, not sprints, okay?!?
