MCM Birmingham returns in winter 2023 - Here's the dates for the UK show!
MCM is returning to Birmingham, England this winter - but with later dates than you might expect.
The ReedPop comics and pop culture road show is returning to Birmingham, England this winter with another edition of MCM Comic Con. MCM Birmingham will take place this year from December 1 through 3, 2023 - once again at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) Birmingham, but this time in halls “3A-4”.
While announcements of guests, exhibitors, and panels are still a ways out, we can confirm MCM Birmingham will once again have the attendance of comics creators, TV and film stars, as well as many bits of merch and original art for you to buy - just in time for the holiday season.
And you can begin buying MCM Birmingham 2023 tickets on June 29, as that's when ReedPop will be having them go on sale.

For those who've been to MCM Birmingham before, you'll notice the 2023 event is a few weeks later in the year than usual. The 2022 event occured November 11 through 13, and in the lead-up to today's MCM Birmingham 2023 dates announcement, the convention's website noted "MCM will return to NEC Birmingham in November 2023!" It's unclear to Popverse what happened to shift the dates, but all four November 2023 weekends at the NEC Birmingham are already booked up from the looks of its website.
That first weekend of December 2023 will be a busy week on the comic con circuit; in addition to MCM Birmingham, there will also be the huge CCXP in São Paulo, Brazil; GalaxyCon in Columbus, Ohio; and Los Angeles Comic Con.
MCM Birmingham will take place December 1 - 3, 2023 at the NEC Birmingham in Birmingham, England.
