The Rock's Black Adam action figure wasn't "ripped" enough for his tastes, so he had Todd McFarlane fix it before it was released
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson had one request when he first saw the Black Adam action figure from Todd McFarlane's toy company

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson doesn't seem to need any help when he wants to look ripped for his next movie project, but when it came to Warner Bros's big-screen Black Adam, he asked Todd McFarlane to make sure his action figure matched what we got to see onscreen.
In a recent wide-ranging interview with comic book creator, publisher, and toy mogul McFarlane, he revealed that, in the lead-up to the release of Black Adam in 2022, he received a message from star/producer Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson about one note he had on his Black Adam action figure.

"Recently, we had to get approval on Black Adam, and Dwayne Johnson's only comment was, which I think he was right, was, 'Can you make me more ripped?'" McFarlane revealed to Popverse's Joshua Lapin-Bertone. "It actually seems like a silly one, but it actually was right, because I think we all in our mind have a romantic version of many people, and the costume itself wasn't showing off his muscles."
As you can see from the finished action figure at right, the Rock's costume as Black Adam covered up over 90% of his body, which masked any muscle definition he had worked on.
"We were super accurate to the costume, it's just that the costume wasn't showing it off, so he just wanted us to show it off a bit more," McFarlane added. "We took a little bit of artistic license to do it. I think it was the right move."
You can see that from the added texture McFarlane's team added to the action figure version of Black Adam compared to what we saw in the movie.
For McFarlane, he didn't view it as abnormal, and says he gets it all the time. At the end of the day for McFarlane, he's all about making his business partners - in this case Johnson, Warner Bros., and DC - happy.
"Let me tell you that even if I disagree, the client is always right. I'm looking for an approval," says McFarlane. "Hey, if you want me to give you two heads, I'll give you two heads. Whatever you need for me to get a sign off."
I don't think the Rock has any movies planned where he has two heads, but if so Todd McFarlane is ready.
