The next installment in the Insidious franchise will be arriving at a theater near you this summer. In Insidious: Out of the Further, formerly titled Insidious: The Bleeding World, Lin Shaye will reprise the role of Elise Rainier. So, when will the theatrical release date for Insidious: Out of the Further arrive?
The Insidious: Out of the Further release date is August 21st, 2026 in theaters. It has been about three years since the previous entry in the franchise, Insidious: The Red Door was released. And of course, Insidious: Out of the Further is just one of the many movie release dates for you to keep in mind this summer. Here's the official trailer for Insidious: Out of the Further:
In addition to Shaye reprising the role of Elise, Insidious: Out of the Further also stars Island Austin, Amelia Eve as Gemma, Laura Gordon, Brandon Perea, Maisie Richardson-Sellers and Sam Spruell. The movie promises to continue the franchise's tradition of introducing new and disturbing supernatural entities in each outing. As hinted by the trailer, it seems Gemma possesses the ability to permanently summon demons and ghosts from the Further to our world.
