But details about Pokémon Concierge were kept under wraps for ages. That is, until today at Anime Expo, where Netflix announced the actor who will be playing the main role in the show, Japanese actor Non (Amachan).

Non will be playing a concierge named Haru, who is just starting out at her job at a resort that caters specifically to Pokémon. The show will follow Haru as she grows into the role and learns from the Pokémon around her.

Non is best known for her lead role in the NHK live-action TV series Amachan, and voiced Otaka in the 2017 anime Onihei.
