The Black Panther sequel Wakanda Forever makes a big impact at San Diego Comic Con

During the Marvel Studios Hall H panel at Comic-Con International: San Diego, the first trailer for this fall's Black Panther: Wakanda Forever debuted to a packed house. In the trailer, we see a grieving Wakanda, as the familiar faces that we recognize from the first Black Panther film, as well as a debuting Namor.

Following the real-life death of Chadwick Boseman (the titular lead actor) in 2020, plans for the film changed. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever stars Letitia Wright as Shuri, Lupita Nyong'o as Nakia, Dania Gurira as Okoye, Winston Duke as M'Baku, Angela Bassett as Ramonda, Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross, and the debuting Dominque Thorne as Riri Williams / Ironheart.

Black Panther: Wakanda Foever is once again directed by Ryan Coogler, who co-wrote the script with Joe Robert Cole.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever debuts in theaters November 11.
