Hazbin Hotel's Erika Henningsen wants Charlie to meet Helluva Boss's Loona - but not just because the characters would get along
Look, we all want the Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel characters to cross over. But maybe not quite as much as the people that, well, play those characters

Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss are at last on the same streamer - that is, Prime Video - and the discussions have already begun from the creators about a crossover. But while nothing is official yet, some of the cast of the respective raunchy animated comedies came to San Diego Comic Con 2025 to discuss who they'd like to see their own character meet from the sister series. In particular, Hazbin Hotel's lead Charlie Morningstar (AKA actor Erika Henningsen) would love it if she could meet one Loona of Helluva Boss.
But maybe not for the reason you'd expect.
"This is where my brain is," Henningsen told the assembled crowd at the Helluva Boss/Hazbin Hotel SDCC panel, "We want to make our dolls kiss. Because I've gotten so close to Erica Lindbeck, and she's amazing, I just want to find out how Charlie and Loona would interact. But that's specifically just because I like Erica."
In case you don't know, Loona is the receptionist at the IMP (that is, Immediate Murder Professionals) in Helluva Boss. Though her appearance may bely a werewolf, she is in fact a Hellhound, and doesn't have a human form. Loona is sarcastic and irritable, a fitting foil to the ever-optimistic Charlie Morningstar, proprietor of the Happy Hotel.
"So that's where I go," continues Henningsen, "It's hard kind of hard because it's this creative world where we actually do to spend time with one another, and [Vivienne Medrano, creator] hired such wonderful people. I kind of lose track sometimes of, 'Do I just want to be in a scene with this person because of the character? Or because I like the voice actor?'"
Honestly, we'll take anything that gets us a pairing between the Princess of Hell and the IMP receptionist, Erika. Hell, we'd watch the pair of you debate whether it's a "C" or a "K" that belongs in your names.
Helluva Boss seasons 1 and 2 come to Prime Video September 10. Hazbin Hotel season 2 arrives October 29.
