Superman & Lois's Bitsie Tulloch is "bummed" the show missed its Brainiac storyline, would've loved to see Lois Lane with powers
Don't get us wrong, we loved our very human Lois Lane, played by Tulloch. But don't pretend you wouldn't have adored seeing her superpunch an evil computer due into outer space

And everything happening this week for Future Fest!
For many DC Comics fans, Superman & Lois's Bitsie Tulloch is the Lois Lane (no offense to Rachel Brosnahan, Amy Adams, et. all). SO much so, in fact, that they're a little bummed by the fact that this Lois only got four seasons of her own show on TV, no counting the appearances she made across the Arrowverse. But those fans aren't the only ones wishing there could have been more Superman & Lois - Tulloch herself has a few things she wishes could've made it on air had the show gone on longer. And at a recent comic con, she let fans know exactly what those things were.
The convention in question was GalaxyCon Raleigh 2025, where Tulloch appeared alongside her Superman, Tyler Hoechlin, for a talkback panel and fan Q&A. About halfway into it, one of the Superman & Co. fans at the convention center asked if there was anything "from the Superman mythos" that the actors would've wanted to see make it into the show had it gone into a fifth season.
"I know that [the producers] had a really cool storyline planned for Brainiac," Tulloch answered, "Which I'm bummed we get didn't get to do."
(For anyone confused, that live-action Brainiac above comes from the series Krypton, not S&L.)
"And then I wanted to do an episode," continued the Grimm actor, "where Lois had powers."
"No one wanted to see that more than me," Hoechlin jumped in, "I promise you." Then, when some fans reacted to this statement as Hoechlin being supportive, the actor clarified: "Oh no, it's not sweet. I would have been there for the entertainment."
Superman & Lois is streaming now on HBO Max.
