Watch Netflix's official Wednesday panel with Jenna Ortega, Luis Guzmán, Gwendoline Christie, and more from New York Comic Con

Before Wednesday became Netflix's No. 1 goth teen hit, Jenna Ortega, Luis Guzmán, Gwendoline Christie, and creators Alfred Gough and Miles Millar were all at New York Comic Con 2022: Watch it here

With Wednesday season 2 having wrapped on Netflix and fans already clamoring for details on season 3, it's easy to forget that there was a time before the Addams Family spinoff took the streaming service by storm. However, there were always signs that it was going to be a giant hit - signs like the cast and creators' appearance at New York Comic Con 2022, which you can watch below.

The convention, which was star Jenna Ortega's very first, was attended by the titular Ms. Addams herself, as well as father Luis Guzmán and future spirit guide Gwendoline Christie (spoilers?). Rounding out the panel and providing some behind the scenes info were Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, without whom there never would have been a Wednesday series in the first place.

And what's more chilling than that?

And you can watch this panel from the immense Popverse convention panel video archive now as a preview of what Popverse members get live and immediately after the upcoming New York Comic Cons, Emerald City Comic Cons, C2E2s, and Florida Supercons.
