I've you've been keeping up with television at all this year, you may have heard that The White Lotus season 3 was one of 2025's buzziest shows. Thanks in part to stellar performances from the likes of Sam Rockwell, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Walton Goggins, and Lalisa Manobal, season 3 of The White Lotus featured some of the wildest twists in Mike White's show yet. Since each season is set in a different location and introduces a crew of new players, we have just the person that HBO should call up for season 4: Katey Sagal.
Speaking with our video producer, Ashley Victoria Robinson, as part of our Popversations video interview series, Sagal revealed that she has been nerding out over The White Lotus. "I loved it, I absolutely loved it," Sagal began, before turning to the camera and saying, with excellent deadpan comedic timing, "Yes, I should be on White Lotus."
You heard it here first, folks: Katey Sagal wants to be on The White Lotus. Sagal is a Golden Globe Award-winning actress known for voicing Leela on Futurama and playing Gemma Teller Morrow on FX's Sons of Anarchy. She also played Peggy Bundy on Married... with Children for ten years. And, for all of you One Piece fans out there, she'll be playing Dr. Kureha in season 2 of Netflix's live-action adaptation of the classic manga series. These are dark times, but something we can all agree on is that Katey Sagal would be a lovely addition to The White Lotus's cast of characters.
