Did you get the chance to see George Takei at New York Comic Con 2025? Are you looking to meet more Star Trek legends in the coming months? Emerald City Comic Con 2026 is beaming in to get your back with one of the finest Captains in Starfleet history reporting for duty next March.

James Tiberius Kirk himself, William Shatner, will be appearing as a guest at Emerald City Comic Con 2026 in Seattle, Washington. Beyond his work in Star Trek, William Shatner is also known for starring in one of the most iconic episodes of The Twilight Zone, headlining the iconic 1980s cop series T.J. Hooker, and anchoring the History Channel's The UnXplained, along with being a huge fan of BTS. Shatner will be at ECCC 2026 on Friday, March 6 and Saturday, March 7 2026, so mark your calendars and check your stardates accordingly! 

We're still months away from revealing the full ECCC panel line-up, but we can share that Shatner will be appearing on a panel at the show, as well as signing autographs and making time for photo ops, as well. For more details about his appearance, stay in the loop with us here at Popverse as we get closer to the show. We can only hope that someone will ask him about his love of BTS.
