What does Furiosa drive? Looking at the new (old!) Mad Max car
That's not the War Rig from Mad Max: Fury Road, but its like another car from that movie
The road to Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga began this week with the feverishly-anticipated first trailer. In it, we saw Anna Taylor-Joy as Furiosa for the first time - and not only is there a new actor playing this younger Furiosa, the character also has a new ride.
Gone is War Pig of Mad Max: Fury Road - in its place is something more nimble, more maneuverable - but still nasty.
Beyond just the brief glimpses of it in the first Furiosa trailer, Furiosa's actual car made the trip from Australia to Brazil for this weekend's CCXP event - and we have a few photos.
That appears to be a 1932 Ford 5-dour coupe - very similiar (before it was chopped) to the 1932 Ford 3-door seen in Mad Max: Fury Road as part of the Convoy, nicknamed the 'Elvis' (due to the designer).
