The Shazam! sequel, Shazam! Fury of the Gods, is set to hit theaters on March 17, 2023, but fans of the cinematic versions of these classic characters won't have to wait too long to see them; they'll be making an appearance in a one-shot comic published the month before the film premieres. And some of these stories will be written by the actors themselves.

Shazam! Fury of the Gods Special: Shazamily Matters #1 will be a giant 96-page one-shot anthology featuring stories written by Shazam! cast members Zachary Levi, Grace Caroline Currey, Ross Butler, D.J. Cotrona, Adam Brody, Faithe Herman, Shazam! co-writer Henry Gayden, as well as comics pros Colleen Doran, Josh Trujillo, Tim Seeley, and more. The artists on the issue areFreddie E. Williams II and Andrew Drilon, and the main cover will be provided by Jim Lee and Scott Williams. Variant cover artists include Mayo 'Sen' Naito, Logan Faerber, Stephen Byrne, Jim Lee and Scott Williams. There will also be a photo variant featuring the cast of Shazam! Fury of the Gods.

Here's a complete list of the stories in the anthology Shazam! Fury of the Gods Special: Shazamily Matters #1, and who each will be created by:
