Sadly, Magic: The Gathering will not be delivering the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to you with chewing gum
Magic: The Gathering has explored bundling packs with chewing gum in the past, but couldn't do it for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Magic: The Gathering set has given longtime TMNT fans the chance to revel in nostalgia for all eras of the beloved Turtles and their allies. From the arcade game-inspired Commander deck to the 8-bit Pixel Cards to the Source Material cards that use actual TMNT comic book art, the set has something for any and every resident of Mutant Town. That said, if you've been looking for an exact 1:1 for the experience of collecting TMNT cards forty years ago, you're out of luck.
A fan asked Magic: The Gathering designer Mark Rosewater on his Tumblr blog if there's any chance that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles packs will come with chewing gum like the "collectible TMNT card packs in the 80s did."
Rosewater replied, "We looked into putting gum into Unhinged. It makes you have to classify the product as food which creates all sorts of new restrictions. So, unlikely."
So sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but it looks like you won't be able to get some Strixhaven-themed gummies or other treats in the near future. Manufacturing and packaging food alongside cards stretches beyond what the MTG team can feasibly do right now.
Magic: The Gathering x Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is available now.
