Welcome back, gentle readers, to the beautiful and delightfully spicy world of Bridgerton. It has been almost two years since we were back in the Regency period of England, which has only fuelled our appetite for more of the Netflix hit. If that long gap has you wondering what happened in the last season, or you don’t have time to watch Season 3 before the Bridgerton Season 4 release date, you’re in luck. Our Bridgerton Season 3 recap is ready and waiting to bring you up to speed.

We already know that Bridgerton Season 4 will focus on the long-awaited Benedict and Sophie storyline, which was set up at the end of Season 3, and will be released in two chapters in January and February respectively. In the below Bridgerton Seasons 1-3 recap, you can relive all the deliciously sorted details of the series so far with Popverse’s own Ashley Victoria Robinson, who brings you up to speed with what has been happening at the 'ton for the past three seasons. That includes discussing the carriage scene from Bridgerton Season 3 that had everyone on the Internet talking. You know which one we’re talking about.

Bridgerton Season 4 Part 1 is released January 29, with Part 2 following February 26.

Need more Bridgerton in your life? We’ve gone through the trouble of ranking every couple on the show and broken down what order the Bridgerton books take place in – and how they differ from the Netflix series. It is all leading up to the Bridgerton Season 4 release date in January 2026, with Part 2 out at the end of February 2026. We can barely contain our excitement to get back to Bridgerton after all this time.
