The Breaking Bad star rides out into the Wasteland in the new season of Fallout.

The third season of Fallout promises to be a big one, with The Ghoul running off in search of his family while Lucy and Maximus tackle the newly empowered Legion, who have set their sights on the New Vegas strip. Now, it sounds like at least one new face is joining the fray as Dispatch and Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul has been cast in Fallout Season 3 for Prime Video.
The announcement came earlier this week and reunites Aaron Paul with Westworld producers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. It didn’t include any hint about who Paul would play when Fallout returns for its third season, nor do we know how large a role he will play when we finally get to return to the Wasteland. However, it is clear that Amazon wants to up the star power in the upcoming season of Fallout.
Aaron Paul is likely best known for her role as Jessie Pinkman in Breaking Bad, for which he won multiple Emmy Awards. Beyond that, he has also proven to be a capable voice actor, starring as Robert Robertson III, aka Mecha Man, for AdHoc Studio’s Dispatch in 2025 alongside Critical Role stars Laura Bailey, Travis Willingham, and Matt Mercer.
Who exactly is Aaron Paul going to play in Fallout Season 3? We’ve got plenty of time to speculate, as there is no clear release date for the highly anticipated new season. He could be a member of the invading Caesar’s Legion, now led by Macaulay Culkin’s character. However, we think it is more likely that he will be a member of the New California Republic, which was seen in full force at the end of Season 2’s finale.
Fallout seasons 1 and 2 are currently streaming on Prime Video.
