Batman breaks reality with Deadpool in new Marvel/DC crossover, and we've got a sneak peek

Check out preview artwork from November's Batman/Deadpool #1 from creators including Grant Morrison, Dan Mora, Scott Snyder, Hayden Sherman, and more

We’re less than a month away from the release of Batman/Deadpool #1 — DC’s half of the 2025 crossover between Marvel and DC, and the follow-up to September’s Deadpool/Batman #1, which proved to be the best-selling Marvel comic of the year. (Who knew that Batman was so hot right now that he could top all of Marvel’s regular titles in addition to having what is likely the best-selling comic of the year from any publisher?) With that in mind, maybe it’s time to prepare for the second dose in what now looks to be an ongoing line of crossovers between the two companies… something made far simpler with new preview artwork from Batman/Deadpool #1’s many stories.

As with Marvel’s Deadpool/Batman #1, Batman/Deadpool #1 doesn’t just feature the titular team-up that spans realities — this time around by the all-star creative team of Grant Morrison, Dan Mora, Alejandro Sanchez and Todd Klein — but four additional shorts bringing together other characters from between the two fictional universes. Those shorts are:

  • John Constantine and Doctor Strange in “A Magician Walks Into a Universe” by Scott Snyder, James Tynion IV, Joshua Williamson, Hayden Sherman, Mike Spicer, and Frank Cvetkovic
  • Nightwing (Dick Grayson) and Wolverine (Laura Kinney) in “Sticks & Snikts” by Tom Taylor, Bruno Redondo, Adriano Lucas, and Wes Abbott
  • Harley Quinn and The Incredible Hulk in “Harley & Hulk’s Amazin’ Saturday!!!!” by Mariko Tamaki, Amanda Conner, Tamra Bonvillain, and Dave Sharpe
  • Static (Virgil Hawkins) and Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan) in “New Friends in Old Places” by G. Willow Wilson, Denys Cowan, Klaus Janson, Francesco Segala, and Steve Wands

Check out preview artwork from all five stories below.

Batman/Deadpool #1 will be released November 19.
