Murdoch Mysteries Season 19 will soon be returning to CBC and CBC Gem. The Canadian drama series stars Yannick Bisson as Detective William Murdoch. Because the series has been running for a full generation, Bisson’s now adult daughters Mikaela, Brianna and Dominique have all had the opportunity to appear on the show alongside her father. So, when can you expect the release date for Murdoch Mysteries Season 19 to arrive?

The Murdoch Mysteries Season 19 release date is October 6 on CBC and CBC Gem. New episodes will be available to stream on the CBC Gem app the same day they air on CBC. Typically, new episodes air in the United States about three months after they debut in Canada. While there is not currently an official U.S. release date for Murdoch Mysteries Season 19, you can expect it to be available to stream on services like Hulu and Acorn TV beginning in spring 2026. Murdoch Mysteries is a period drama, set in Toronto as the nineteenth century transitions into the twentieth. The show is known for its propensity to frequently incorporate real-life historical figures into its fictional storylines. In Murdoch Mysteries Season 19, Station House Four has been closed. But that doesn’t mean there are no mysteries left to be solved in Toronto. The season will consist of 21 episodes.
