Announced during DC's Knight Terrors panel here at San Diego Comic-Con 2023, Amazons Attack will be a new series following the Knight Terrors event - although it's not a tie-in, and will stand on its own.

Writing it is Josie Campbell, head writer of the hit show She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, as well as the new My Adventures with Superman now on Cartoon Network and Max.

The series is set to tie in with the hotly anticipated Tom King/Daniel Sampere run of Wonder Woman, and will feature characters Nubia, Wonder Girl, and Mary Marvel, who Campbell calls "her favorite girl." Drawing the comic is Vasco Georgiev of Batman: Urban Legends fame. This new Amazons Attack series is seemingly unrelated to the 2007 event of the same name.

So far, no official art for the series has been released by DC Comics, but we do have a release date. Amazons Attack will be hitting comic shops October 24, 2023.
