MTG Arena codes (Updated June 2026): All active codes and how to redeem them
New Magic: The Gathering Arena codes aren't released often, but we'll make sure you know when they are.

New MTG Arena codes are an easy way to give your deck a boost in the online game. With boosters and free upgrades available for your online Magic: The Gathering deck, it is the best way to get free stuff in the game. Whether it is XP boosts, new cards, or cosmetics, these MTG Arena codes can make your deck that much more formidable.
We searched everywhere to find new MTG Arena codes, which you can redeem in the app or online to get XP boosts, booster packs, promotional cards, and cosmetic upgrades like sleeves and avatars. More importantly, we’ve found the codes that are no longer working and removed them from our list below so you don’t waste time with MTG Arena codes that don’t work anymore.
All free MTG Arena codes
As of June 2026, there are no working MTG Arena codes available.
While new codes are introduced occasionally, these codes have all expired already. However, we’ll keep watching Wizards of the Coast’s announcements to see if new MTG Arena codes are released and update our list accordingly.
How to redeem MTG Arena codes

When new codes are released, there are two ways to redeem MTG Arena codes. The first is to go into the MTG Arena client directly, while the second can be done through the Wizards of the Coast website.
To redeem MTG Arena codes in the client:
- Open the game and click on the Store tab at the top of the screen
- In the top right corner, you’ll see a text box that says “Redeem Code”
- Type your code into that text box and hit Enter
- The rewards should appear in your inbox
Alternatively, you can redeem MTG Arena codes on the Wizards of the Coast website. Here is how:
- Log in to the Wizards of the Coast website using your MTG Arena details.
- Go to the Account Dashboard.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, you should see a box that says “Redeem a code”
- Enter your code into the text box and hit Enter
- The rewards will appear in your inbox the next time you log into the MTG Arena app
Note: there is currently no way to redeem MTG Arena codes via the mobile app. You will need to follow the instructions for redeeming codes through the Wizards of the Coast website to do so.
Where to find more MTG Arena codes
Wizards of the Coast releases new MTG Arena codes periodically through their social media accounts. However, they also occasionally release new codes via physical Magic: The Gathering products to entice fans to purchase them. Many of these codes are unique, one-time-use codes, which means that by the time they’ve been posted online, they’re already useless. However, occasionally a valid one will be found; if you’re very quick, you could redeem it via the above methods.
Will there be more MTG Arena codes in the future?
The future of the MTG Arena codes system is currently unknown. Wizards of the Coast hasn’t announced the end of it, but they also haven’t released new codes for the game consistently for some time. Most likely, they’ve found it more convenient to use the in-game inbox system to deliver rewards to MTG Arena players. That doesn’t mean they won’t release new codes in the future, but it does mean there is less incentive for them to do so.
Is MTG Arena completely free?
MTG Arena is completely free to play, though it gives players the option to spend money to unlock new cards and cosmetics. Whether or not you do so is completely up to you. It is technically possible to collect every card in MTG Arena without spending any money, though it will take you a very long time to do so.
What can you play MTG Arena on?
You can play MTG Arena on PC, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. The game allows you to play it on any device and still advance your account and rankings so long as you’re logged in via the same account details.
