Think you can name all of Batman's Robins? Know how many Rings were in The Lord of the Rings? Keeping track of all the One Piece villains? Well, guess what, reader, if you're coming to Emerald City Comic Con 2026, we're giving you the chance to prove it. Hosted by yours truly and debuting at the Seattle Convention Center this year, Popverse presents Pop Quiz, a trivia game by, of, and for the Popverse community.

Taking place Sunday, March 8 at 4:00 PM, Pop Quiz is a first-come, first-served opportunity to prove your knowledge of the topics you see most frequently here on the site. To be fair, we probably won't literally be asking the questions above (that would give you too much time to Google the answers, friend), but we will be asking questions plucked straight out of Popverse articles. Specifically, we'll be focusing on the categories of anime, comics, gaming, and television - so go ahead and start flipping through those now.

Along with a way to both make new friends and crush new enemies, Popverse will be providing the following prizes to the teams that score high in the Pop Quiz game:

• For 3rd place, contestants will be awarded a free monthly Popverse membership + an ECCC '26 merch bag
• For 2nd place, contestants will be awarded a free yearly Popverse membership + an ECCC '26 merch bag
• For 1st place, contestants will be awarded tickets to ECCC '27 + an ECCC '26 merch bag

Plus, one lucky team will walk away with a Best Team Name prize. if that sounds like the way you want to spend your last day ECCCing this year, then head to Room 345 before the game starts at 4. And hey, maybe even get there early - you know how eager con goers are to prove their love of their favorite fandoms...

Pop Quiz is just one of the ways that Popverse is making ECCC '26 special, along with the Popverse Superfan program.
