Where can I watch Jujutsu Kaisen?
Jujutsu Kaisen is one of the big new anime in recent years, and as part of that Jujutsu Kaisen season 1 is available both on Crunchyroll and Netflix. It's also available to buy a la carte on Amazon Prime Video. You can find the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie on Netflix as well, but if you want to watch Jujutsu Kaisen season 2, you need to have a Crunchyroll subscription.
Is Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 on Netflix?
Jujutsu Kaisen is available on Netflix, but only in its home country of Japan. Otherwise, you'll need to watch it on Crunchyroll.
Why is Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 animation different?
Your eyes don't deceive you: Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 is a bit different than what we came to expect with season 1. Part of that is due to a different storyline, but behind the scenes there was a big change as well - original director Sunghoo Park departed after the first season and first movie to be replaced by Shouta Goshozono.
Which comes first, Jujutsu Kaisen 0 or Jujutsu Kaisen?
Ah, the joys of having a prequel film. As the title might suggest, Jujutsu Kaisen 0 takes place before most of Jujutsu Kaisen. However, the manga throws in an arc that takes place even earlier in the timeline than Jujutsu Kaisen 0. The Hidden Inventory arc, which consists of most of Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 part 1, is the earliest events of the manga and anime.
Do you need to watch Jujutsu Kaisen 0?
Again, Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is a prequel film to the rest of the Jujutsu Kaisen story, but it does have some important information in it. Not to spoil anything, but the main character of Jujutsu Kaisen 0, Yuta, will be showing up in future seasons of the anime, so it isn't a bad idea to make sure you're familiar with his story before season 3.
