The Bear Season 5: Release date, cast, trailer, episode titles, and final season details

FX's acclaimed drama The Bear is about to deliver its final service, and we have a menu of everything we know as an amuse-bouche

FX drama The Bear Season 5 arrives June 25, bringing the Emmy-winning story of family, food, and shared grief to a close. To prepare you for one final televisual meal, we have the release date, cast, trailer and episode titles for The Bear Season 5.

When is The Bear Season 5 release date?

All episodes of The Bear will be released June 25, 2026, on Hulu, Disney+ and on the FX website inside the United States. Internationally, the show will be available on Disney+.

Why is The Bear ending after Season 5?

The Bear was revealed to be ending with its fifth season when Jamie Lee Curtis confirmed rumors of its demise in March 2026, even though she believed everyone already knew that. “Unless I’m gonna get a call from all the people saying, ‘You just told [everyone],’ I think everybody understood that it was the last season of the show. If it isn’t, then I’ve completely blown it,” she said at the time. She was perhaps overstating an assumption that everyone understood the show was heading towards its conclusion — certainly when the fifth season was announced in July 2025, it wasn’t announced as a final season — but the show was clearly heading towards resolution for its primary themes with Carmy’s decision to leave and the restaurant’s financial instability.

Audiences should expect some level of closure for the characters and the restaurant in the show’s final season — but delivered in the intentionally elliptical fashion that the series has delivered to date.

Will Jeremy Allen White be in The Bear Season 5?

Jeremy Allen White will continue to be the lead of The Bear for its final season. It’s understandable why some fans might be wondering, however — the end of Season 4 saw Carmy (White’s character) quit the restaurant (and, perhaps, the food business entirely) after realizing how much of his life had been subsumed by his work.

The show’s main cast will return for Season 5:

  • Jeremy Allen White as Carmen "Carmy" Berzatto
  • Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Richard "Richie" Jerimovich
  • Ayo Edebiri as Sydney Adamu
  • Lionel Boyce as Marcus Brooks
  • Liza Colón-Zayas as Bettina "Tina" Marrero
  • Abby Elliott as Natalie "Sugar" Berzatto
  • Matty Matheson as Neil Fak
  • Edwin Lee Gibson as Ebraheim
  • Molly Gordon as Claire Dunlap

Additionally, Will Poulter, Oliver Platt, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Jon Bernthal will appear in the season.

What are the episode titles for The Bear Season 5?

The titles for all eight final season episodes have been released ahead of the season’s debut. They are:

  1. Soda
  2. Lamb
  3. Mint
  4. Ribs
  5. Raspberries
  6. Focaccia
  7. Caramel
  8. The Original Beef of Chicagoland

If you’re thinking the majority of that sounds like the ingredients for a menu progression, you’re not alone. And that series finale title feels meaningful, as well; it’s the name of the restaurant Mikey ran before his death, after all, before Carmy took over and transformed it into The Bear. Season 5 was heralded with a surprise prequel episode, Gary, released May 5, 2026. Could the entire show end with another flashback to the past?

Is there a trailer for The Bear Season 5?

There definitely is a trailer for The Bear Season 5, and it’s as stressful and as sentimental as you could hope for, teasing the final service for the restaurant — and perhaps a potential future for it, all at the same time. Take a look for yourself:

The Bear debuts June 25, 2026.
